When we read these passages how can we be down and out? In looking up scripture which included rejoice, rejoicing and/or rejoicing I found that throughout the Bible we are reminded to REJOICE! No matter what the situation or circumstance. Rejoice when things are good, rejoice when things are bad. By keeping our focus on the Lord we can have great joy and rejoice always.
